30 days to change your mind

Changed your mind?  No worries.  If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your products within 30 days of purchasing online.  Only products that can be sold as new will be accepted for return.  No exceptions.  Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged; discounted items and items from promotions cannot be refunded or exchanged.  Please provide proof of purchase.


Within 30 days, we will offer a full refund (minus restocking fee) in the same tender as the original purchase.  Items will be accepted for return only if still stocked in our store. No refunds will be issued without a receipt. 


We will refund you by the same method as your original payment. If the returns criteria are not fully met, Snow's Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return (or exchange) or offer a store credit only. Government photo ID may be required.


If your package arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange to replace it by mail.


Please e-mail us at info@snowsboutique.com within 30 days of receipt of product.


E-mail inquiries will be replied from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.


Please provide the following:

  • Original invoice number (found on your invoice or  packing slip)
  • The product code of the unused item, in its original packaging
  • Size of the item's box you will be sending
  • IMPORTANT: Please do NOT send back your order before emailing us


We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances. Unless an incorrect or damaged item has been sent to you, the shipping charge will be customer's responsibility.


If you change your mind about the product, you must send the package with the freight prepaid otherwise the package will be refused. 

 

Please note, there is a 5% restocking fee on all returns.  Your refund will reflect this restocking fee.  We appreciate your understanding.

 

All return items must be in sellable condition when being returned to our Return Centre.  If return items are deemed not in sellable condition when received by our Return Centre, Snow's Boutique reserves the right to make the final decision whether an exchange is permissible or not.  In the event the return item is decided not exchangeable, a credit note may be provided to the customer minus 5% restocking fee for future use at any time. 

 

For all exchanges, items can be exchanged for the same product type at no additional cost, except for any applicable shipping fees. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product type, you will be responsible for any price difference and shipping fees if the new item has a higher value than the original.  Please note that if the new item is of lesser value, Snow’s Boutique will not issue a refund or credit for the difference. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend choosing an exchange of the same product type or of equal value.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICIES

 

Used or without original packaging


We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances.

 

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we will not accept returns or exchanges on any purchased Gift Cards.  

 

On Special & Discounted Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately discounted items and items from promotions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Seasonal Items

We will accept seasonal items for return only if returned a minimum of 7 days prior to the event date.

Summer items will be accepted for return prior to August 27, 2024 only.

Christmas holiday items will be accepted for return prior to December 16, 2024 only.

All seasonal items are FINAL SALE after these dates.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again as it may take up to 3-5 business days for any transaction to appear. 

Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If still unsuccessful, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to unforeseen circumstances.  We thank you in advance for your co-operation and understanding.
