*We offer Free Shipping for online orders with product(s) subtotal of $70 or more (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any additional promotional discounts) shipping to Canadian physical addresses (and PO Box addresses via Canada Post), up to a maximum discount of $20. The Free Shipping Offer cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount.
Additional shipping fees will apply for oversized or irregular packages, bulk orders, or orders shipping to rural or remote locations.
The Free Shipping offer will be applied to orders as a discount line equal to the cost of shipping (up to a maximum of $20). Shipping costs and discounts will be shown in the Shopping Cart once a Shipping Method has been applied and during the final review stage of Checkout. If your order is affected by unexpected shipping fees in addition to the estimate given during Checkout, you will be contacted by someone from our customer service team.
An order is considered oversize if it exceeds any one of these dimensions:

Regular Shipping Information
Snow's Boutique ships orders to all Canadian Provinces and Territories as well as internationally via our third party fulfillment centre and are shipped with Canada Post as well as our preferred partnered couriers (i.e. Loomis Express, Canpar, GLS, etc.).
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario.
- Order confirmation email will be sent once the order is received.
- Shipment Days ("Delivery Days") are only on business days, Monday–Friday only.
- There is no Saturday, Sunday, or any statutory holiday delivery.
- The day your order ships & the day your order is received does not count as a time–in–transit day.
- Our typical cut off time is 3:00PM (EST) on weekdays and will not be shipped on the same day. Our goal is to ship out orders as soon as they are packed.
- The number of day(s) required for packing depends on the order volume. For larger order volumes or orders that require special handling, it may take an additional 2-3 business days to pack.
- The next business weekday would be considered as shipping day when order is packed and ready for shipping.
Partnered Couriers (Canada):
- Depending on the size of order, it typically takes 1 to 3 business days to pack. Packing days are not considered part of shipping days. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as they are packed and ready for shipping. Additional 1 to 3 packing days required for large volume orders and/or for special handling services.
- Deliveries are made all across Canada typically within 3 to 10 business days once shipped.* Additional 1 to 5 delivery days required for rural and remote locations.*
Canada Post (Canada):
- Depending on the size of order, it typically takes 1 to 3 business days to pack. Packing days are not considered part of shipping days. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as they are packed and ready for shipping. Additional 1 to 3 packing days required for large volume orders and/or for special handling services.
- Deliveries are made typically within 5 to 10 business days once shipped.*
- Postal Office Box address deliveries are only available via Canada Post and may require additional delivery days to arrive.
For International Orders (USA & International):
- Delivery schedule will vary depending on location and size of order.
- If tracking option is not selected at checkout, Snow's Boutique & its fulfillment centre are not responsible for any loss or damage of package(s) and no refund or replacement will be provided to customer. Transit time for such orders is not guaranteed. (Customer assumes all risks if tracking option is not selected.)
- It is strongly recommended to select the tracking option for international orders (USA and overseas).
