Official Rules & Terms and Conditions:

Promotion Period: October 20–31, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO SPIN. EVERY ELIGIBLE SPIN WINS A PROMOTIONAL OFFER. CERTAIN OFFERS REQUIRE A QUALIFYING PURCHASE TO REDEEM.

By participating in the Snow's Boutique Halloween Spin-to-Win promotion (the "Promotion"), participants acknowledge and agree to the following Official Rules.

1. Promotion Organizer

The Halloween Spin-to-Win promotion (the "Promotion") is organized and administered by Snow's Boutique, operated in Ontario, Canada (the "Organizer")

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on October 23, 2026, when the Halloween Spin-to-Win wheel becomes available, and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PST).

All winning discount codes must be redeemed before the stated deadline unless an official extension is announced by Snow's Boutique.

3. Eligibility and Participation Requirements

The Promotion is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States of America who have reached the age of majority in their respective province, territory, or state of residence, where participation is legally permitted.

The Promotion is organized and administered by Snow's Boutique, a Canadian-based retailer, in accordance with its published Official Rules, promotional conditions, and applicable Canadian laws.

By participating, entrants from both Canada and the United States agree to comply with the same Snow's Boutique promotional rules, including participation limits, minimum purchase requirements, prize eligibility, discount restrictions, redemption procedures, and applicable store policies.

All qualifying purchase amounts and advertised prize values are expressed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Additional shipping restrictions, international order minimums, duties, taxes, and currency conversion requirements may apply to orders shipped outside Canada.

Participation from the United States does not exempt entrants from the conditions established by Snow's Boutique for this Promotion. However, nothing in these Rules excludes or overrides mandatory consumer-protection, promotional-contest, or other legal rights and requirements applicable in a participant's jurisdiction.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by applicable law.

Employees of the Organizer and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

Participants may visit https://snowsboutique.com/, provide the required information, and spin the Halloween promotional wheel.

• No purchase is required to spin.

• Every eligible completed spin awards one promotional offer.

• Participation is limited to once every 24 hours per eligible participant.

• Returning participants may use the same email address for subsequent eligible spins.

• Winning offers may vary from one spin to another.

• Multiple accounts or attempts to bypass participation restrictions are prohibited.

Receiving a promotional offer does not automatically entitle the participant to a discount or physical gift without satisfying its respective redemption requirements.

Daily Participation: Participants may spin once every 24 hours. Returning participants may use the same email address for subsequent eligible spins after the required waiting period.

The 24-hour restriction is measured from the previous participation time and does not automatically reset at midnight.

Participants may win different promotional offers on different days. Winning a prize does not guarantee receiving the same prize in a subsequent spin.

Attempting to bypass participation limits through multiple email addresses, accounts, devices, or other methods may result in disqualification where misuse is reasonably established.

5. Available Prizes and Winning Probabilities

Every eligible spin awards one of the following six promotional offers:

Six promotional offers are available:

Prize allocation: The initial relative selection weights are 54, 35, 20, 5, 3, and 3, respectively, out of a total weight of 120. Every eligible spin receives an offer.

Prize quantities and approximate values:

• Percentage discounts: No predetermined total quantity. Their monetary value depends on the eligible order subtotal. For example, on a $50 qualifying order, a 5% discount is worth $2.50, a 10% discount is worth $5, and a 20% discount is worth $10.

• $5 discount: Fixed promotional value of $5 CAD. No predetermined total quantity.

• Halloween Bonus: One item from the designated eligible collection. Approximate regular retail value per item: $2.50 & $8.00 CAD. Available selections depend on inventory.

• Halloween Mystery Treat: A maximum of 10 gifts will be awarded during the Promotion. Each gift will contain merchandise with a genuine regular retail value exceeding $20 CAD. 

All promotional values are expressed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. There is no separate regional allocation of prizes within the confirmed eligible participation area.

Prize odds may change if a limited-quantity prize is exhausted or an offer is withdrawn for a legitimate operational reason. Any such change will be reflected in the displayed prize availability and odds before further spins. Every subsequent valid spin will continue to receive a promotional offer.

A winning spin provides the participant with the right to redeem the awarded promotional offer subject to its stated conditions; it does not guarantee a physical gift or discount without meeting the applicable redemption requirements.

6. Percentage and Fixed-Amount Discounts

Little Pumpkin Treat — 5% OFF

• No minimum purchase required.

• Provides a 5% discount on qualifying merchandise.

Sweet Treat — 10% OFF

• No minimum purchase required.

• Provides a 10% discount on qualifying merchandise.

Spooky Surprise — $5 OFF

• Minimum qualifying purchase of $30.

• Provides a $5 discount on the eligible order.

Monster Jackpot — 20% OFF

• Minimum qualifying purchase of $50.

• Provides a 20% discount on qualifying merchandise.

ALL discounts require a promotional code and are calculated at checkout using the applicable Halloween Event  promotional code.

7. Halloween Bonus — FREE Selected Gift

Winners of Halloween Bonus may select one free eligible item from the designated Halloween Bonus Collection with a qualifying purchase of $50 or more (before tax and shipping).

The customer must add the selected gift to the shopping cart and apply the winning discount code at checkout.

Conditions:

• One free item per qualifying order.

• Gift selection is restricted to the designated collection.

• The free item does not count toward the $50 purchase minimum.

• Product availability and applicable promotional restrictions apply.

• No cash alternative or independent exchange is available.

• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

Eligible items may include selected seasonal napkins, greeting cards, keychains, charms, bookmarks, and stickers.

The Halloween Bonus offer may be redeemed on separate qualifying orders during the Promotion, subject to possession of a valid code and the applicable per-order restrictions.

8. Halloween Mystery Treat — FREE Surprise Gift

Participants who win Halloween Mystery Treat! may claim one free mystery gift with a qualifying purchase of $75 or more.

Each mystery gift contains merchandise specially selected by Snow's Boutique, with a genuine regular retail value of over $20 CAD.

Redemption conditions:

1. Purchase at least $75 in qualifying merchandise.

2. Visit the designated Halloween Mystery Treat product page:

3. Add one Halloween Mystery Treat product to the cart.

4. Apply the winning Mystery Treat promotional code at checkout.

5. The eligible Mystery Treat product will be discounted by 100% when all conditions are satisfied.

Important limitations:

• A maximum of 10 Halloween Mystery Treat prizes are available to be awarded throughout the Promotion.

• Limit one redeemed Mystery Treat per customer for the entire Promotion, regardless of how many times the participant spins or receives the same offer.

• Each qualifying order may contain only one free Mystery Treat.

• Gift contents are selected by Snow's Boutique and may vary between recipients.

• Specific products, designs, colours, or combinations are not guaranteed.

• Mystery Treat gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted at the participant's request.

• Promotional photographs and illustrations are for presentation purposes and may not represent the actual contents or packaging.

Once all 10 Mystery Treat prizes have been awarded, this prize will be removed from future spins. Previously awarded valid prizes will be honoured in accordance with these Rules.

The Mystery Treat offer cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.

9. General Discount and Redemption Conditions

The following terms apply to all promotional offers:

• All minimum purchase amounts are in Canadian dollars.

• Minimum purchase requirements are based on qualifying merchandise before applicable taxes and shipping charges.

• Free promotional products do not count toward the qualifying purchase minimum.

• Gift cards, shipping fees, and taxes do not count toward the minimum qualifying purchase.

• Only one promotional discount code may be redeemed per order per day per customer.

• Halloween promotional offers cannot be combined or stacked with other discount codes, automatic promotions, or special offers.

• Promotional discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or gift cards.

• Unused discounts have no residual cash value.

• Free gifts are subject to their respective redemption limits.

• Standard shipping charges and applicable taxes remain the customer's responsibility.

• Destination-specific shipping and order minimum requirements continue to apply.

• Promotional gifts must be added to the shopping cart before checkout and are not automatically included with an order.

• All prize-specific conditions and redemption limits must be satisfied at checkout.

Prize-Specific Requirements: Each winning prize is subject to its own terms, conditions, minimum purchase requirements, and redemption restrictions. Although every eligible spin wins a promotional offer, all applicable requirements must be satisfied before the associated discount or free gift can be redeemed or claimed.

Unless the individual offer states otherwise, winning another discount on a later day does not automatically invalidate a previously awarded, unexpired discount code.

10. Discount Code Validity and Expiration

All promotional discount codes are valid until:

October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

Orders must be completed before this deadline for the associated discount to apply.

Unused discount codes expire after the Promotion Period unless an extension is officially announced.

Codes may not be sold, transferred for commercial purposes, or distributed for unauthorized promotional use.

The Organizer reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or unauthorized redemption, subject to applicable law.

Any official extension will be communicated through Snow's Boutique's authorized promotional channels.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellations

All purchases made using a Halloween Spin-to-Win promotional offer are considered FINAL SALE.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations due to a change of mind are not accepted.

However, Snow's Boutique is committed to customer satisfaction. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there has been an error on our part, customers should contact our Customer Service Team promptly with their order number and details of the issue.

Where the issue is confirmed, Snow's Boutique will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Free promotional gifts are not eligible for cash refunds, credits or exchanges except where required by applicable law or where an issue results from an error made by Snow's Boutique.

This policy does not affect any consumer rights or remedies provided under applicable law.

12. Prize Verification and Fulfilment

Snow's Boutique may verify participant eligibility, winning codes, purchase qualifications, and compliance with these Official Rules before fulfilling promotional gifts.

Where required by applicable law, a participant may be asked to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before a physical prize is awarded.

Promotional gifts will ordinarily be delivered together with the customer's qualifying order and are subject to the store's applicable shipping policies.

If an awarded gift becomes unavailable due to an unforeseen fulfilment issue, the Organizer will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a substitute of equal or greater regular retail value, subject to applicable law.

13. Fair Participation and Misuse

The Promotion is intended for genuine individual customer participation.

The Organizer may investigate and disqualify entries involving:

• Automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized participation tools.

• Deliberate circumvention of the 24-hour participation restriction.

• Multiple identities created to obtain additional entries or bypass prize limits.

• Fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or misuse of discount codes.

• Other conduct that materially compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

Disqualification decisions will be based on reasonable evidence and applicable law.

14. Technical Issues and Changes

The Organizer is not responsible for technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, browser incompatibility, or third-party platform outages.

If a material technical issue or other circumstance beyond the Organizer's reasonable control affects the integrity of the Promotion, the Organizer may suspend, modify, or cancel the affected portion where permitted by law.

Any material change affecting eligibility, prize availability, or winning probabilities will be communicated appropriately.

Valid prizes already awarded will be honoured or otherwise resolved in accordance with applicable law.

15. Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information submitted during participation may be used to:

• Administer the Promotion.

• Verify participant eligibility and prevent fraudulent entries.

• Deliver discount codes and information required to claim prizes.

• Respond to questions and resolve promotional issues.

Information will be processed in accordance with Snow's Boutique's Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws.

Participation in the Promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing emails, unless authorized by the participant.

Promotional marketing communications will be sent only where the Organizer has an appropriate legal basis or consent to do so. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications without affecting their eligibility for validly awarded promotional offers.

16. Applicable Law

The Promotion is organized and administered in Ontario, Canada, and these Official Rules are intended to be governed by applicable Canadian federal and Ontario laws, to the extent permitted by law.

Participants in Canada and the United States agree to follow the Organizer's published participation and redemption requirements.

Nothing in these Rules limits or overrides mandatory laws, consumer rights, or regulatory requirements that apply in a participant's jurisdiction.

17. Acceptance of Official Rules

By participating in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have had an opportunity to review these Official Rules and agree to be bound by them, subject to their rights under applicable law.
